Discover our new 100% Merlot cuvée: we have gone back to the origins of Bordeaux winemaking by avoiding any mechanical pumping over of the wine through the use of an air cushion (Wine donut®) which allows the marc to be immersed under pressure while preserving the smooth tannins.The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks for a period of 18 months before being bottled.
The result is a fresh, fruity wine to be consumed in its youth.

Indeed, we have created four single-variety wines aged separately in Ovoid vats in order to extract the specific characteristics of each variety.
